SONG TIME TRACKER IN ROXBOX

After 3 years of using RoxBox, all of a sudden the song time tracker has stopped working. Usually as I add songs to the queue, the length of time for that specific song is listed and at the top of the column it tells me the total time for all the songs in the queue so I can ascertain when to do "last call" for sign ups. Now, most of the songs default to 3:20 and the cumulative time doesn't show up at all. Does anyone know if there's a way for me to get the time tracker working again? It's driving me nuts! Thanks.

My first instinct would be to reinstall the software. Have you tried contacting RoxBox about this?

We'll give him a call. He's been helpful when we were first starting out and having issues. Once my husband digs out the original email with the links & registration codes we might try that. It works great other than the timer issue and I'd hate to have additional issues after reinstalling it.
