Wiseguy, is there anyplace on the site (maybe I'm missing it) to indicate when someone is in the chat room? Does something pop up? On the forum screen?
i don't even get an indication from the "Who's on Line" search. Shouldn't that tell you someone is in the chat?
No, there is no indicator. The chat is connected to this forum only in the sense that once you are registered here you are automatically registered there.
To find if anyone is in the chat room you need only click the Chat link.
The chat feature might be more utilized if there were some kind of an indication somewhere on the main forum page showing names/or some other indicator (like a small pop up window...flag, flashing button, something blinking) that chat is in use. Maybe....kinda, sorta.
