hooking amp to sound card

could some one tell me how to hook mixing amp to sound card is vocopro da 3600 not sure on the line in or out thks so much becky

On the back of the VocoPro there should be a set (two) of RCA type "audio in" jacks. Your sound card most likely has a single 1/8" stereo "line out" jack. You are going to need an adapter cable with a 1/8" stereo plugin on one end and double RCA plugins on the other. Line out from the sound card to audio in on the amp.

thks one more question my sound card is just one built into motherboard do you have a reccomendation on one to buy thks again becky

Most likely your current sound card will be fine. You could upgrade to a 24 bit sound card if your computer allows it.

you can also add a second card using your usb ports
