when does each manufacture send out their new releases? Is there a website for this?

It varies from manufacturer to manufacturer.
you need to go to each manufacturer's website to get this info I believe. I don't know if KJPro's database has a filter for new releases or not but I doubt they do.

Google search the word "karaoke"

You will find many sites selling karaoke stuff. Each of them has a new release button.
