Windows 7...

I just saw an ad for computers that can come loaded with Windows 7.

Is this one going to be better or worse than Vista? We don't need anymore issues with computers.

Is Vista going to fade away into history....

I think Windows 7 is going to be the next stable operating system. Vista was just a transition system like ME was between 98 and XP. I never did upgrade to Vista but I will upgrade to 7 after the first service pack release.

The only reason Windows is running on my laptop is because there's no pro quality karaoke hosting software that will run under linux. I've tried everything out there under Wine, and no-go.

Once I find a native linux hoster, or a windows one that will run with wine, Windows is history.
