Sennheiser has upped the game

I am looking at a new offering from Sennheiser.
It's a rechargeable wireless system that has an answer to battery life. If you run over the battery life just disconnect the Mic from the transmitter and hook it up to a regular mic cable and you're good to go. Simple as that for handhelds.

My GLX24UK SM58 Mic's will go for 16hrs on one charge. Ďon't need to worry about running out

Maybe so. But what is the cost when the battery dies? No cost for the setup Sennheiser is offering as bith the receiver and the transmitter is rechargeable.
