Making my own custom CDG's

Is there a way of making my own custom CDG's from one's I own such as changing the title/artist front page and the back page with ideas of my own. I have seen samples of this on you tube but I want to see what you guys say and how to do it.

I don't think my question is being understood. Let's say I have a sound choice CDG and I want remove the title page and back page that have the sound choice logo and make it my own. I have seen examples of this on you tube but I want to see what you have to say on this and how can it be done.

That would be nothing less than stealing. Nobody here is going to help you do that.
