A lot of us might frown on it as it is not legal.
Unless you are meaning to trade original for original, that's ahorse of another color.

Technically without owning the actual disc or legal proof of purchase download, it's illegal.

So to answer your question...there is no cheap legal way to become a world famous KJ with every karaoke song known to mankind.

You can legally buy the cheapest equipment but not the music. And even that should be illegal.
