I just bought an RSQ NEO-22 player, and it will not recognize any USB deices I plug in. When I try to record or rip a CD, it says "NO DEVICE"
The media is in the FAT 32 format that the manual suggests, so it is not that.
I went to the website and saw some kind of firmware update, but there were no instructions on how to use it.
Has anyone had similar experiences?
RSQ NEO-22 USB bugs
Hi there.
OK, since you have MP3+G capability, have you tried PLAYING an MP3+G file FROM the USB drive?
If it doesn't recognise the drive in that instance, I'd say you have a faulty unit OR the USB device is incorrectly formatted, even if you think it is correct.

download the utility and format your USB drive with it, I've used this little tool for years and it's excellent and reliable.
Is the player new, or did you buy it 2nd hand?
If 2nd hand, you may have bought a pup.
Sandy.
