HELP!!

Ok, new to the karaoke business. I'm running KJ Tool's CompuHost (which I'm pleased with so far, btw) and have ripped about 700 cd's using their CDG-Rip software. I used two computers to speed up the process but now what I am discovering is that I can't transfer the files between hard drives and maintain the data. If I copy to the other computer, the zipped folders will copy over, but not their contents (the MP3 and graphic files). What am I doing wrong? Please help, I have a show tomorrow night and many of my songs are corrupted like this!
