Hip-hop Belly Dancing Song

A semi-regular has asked me to find a song and I don't have a clue. I was hoping y'all could help me out.

The song came out in '04 or '05, was hip-hop or pop, the music was "like belly dancing music", and it was a huge hit at the clubs.

Any ideas?

Their female singers are always so incredibly nasal!
