eBay usually has the BEST or Near the best prices, however the problem with eBay is the Shipping and Handling can get out of hand. Dollar Store Junkie has the BEST regular prices you will find on a regular website, which are $3.99 to $4.99 each, and the shipping is $5.95 for your entire order, or FREE on orders of $30 or more, however it is not the best price if you are only buying 1 item, because you will pay $5.95 for 1 item, just like if you purchased 5 or 6 items.
