Digital Librabry/player?

Hey there all. New to the forums. Have been a KJ for about 5 years. Am looking to start up again here with a local club. I am looking for a digital Karaoke library/player around $1-1.5k. I was hoping you all here can help me find a decent new or used one. Can you provide links or info on each. I havent looked for a digital system before but I am familiar with karaoke and sound equipmet. Thanks for the help in advance.

Have you considered a PC solution? you can get that started for cheaper than one of those units. You would still need a PC to import your library of songs. if you're thinking that you are going to get a library of songs and a player for that amount, good luck finding that. The only ways I can think of achieving that is to do it illegally, not that you were thinking of doing it that way, or getting used equipment and a library of songs from a Karaoke Host that didn't make it or is retiring from the business. Odds are if you go the second route, you're going to be behind the eight ball when it comes to newer stuff.

I am looking for a used one actually. I should have made that clear....sry. I am trying to find one for the club owner. He is the one purchasing the equipment. I am simply on the lookout. He is not interested in the laptop or PC approach.

If you find one and it has songs on it, make sure they give you the original discs. You're still going to need a pc to import any outside discs.
