I just purchased CDG2VCD software from Untiedknot. I have a Plextor PX-716UF Drive and need software to rip the CDG to hard drive before using the CDG2VCD software.
What software should I use to rip the CDG files from the CD disk to the hard drive, prior to using CDG2VCD to convert the files to VCD?
When I try to view the CDG files on my CDG Disk, I cannot see them. Is this normal?

The song tracks on a CDG disc appear as CDA shortcuts just like a standard audio disc. So yes, that is normal.
CDG2VCD needs the song tracks from a CDG disc to be ripped to the MP3+G format first. There are several programs around to do this. A free one is AudioGrabber.
