Interesting idea, I wonder what type of business they'll get. They've certainly picked out a niche market.

I have no idea if this could go over. It simply brought an image to my mind of the die hard singers who will close down the karaoke bar and have just enough time to sober up a little before heading to church karaoke.

Niche isn't the word...It's not like you hear this stuff on the radio with ANY kind of regularity. I doubt if you would have 6 people that know more than one song...That makes for some pretty boring rotations..One rotation and nobody else knows a song...let the sermon begin...

I don't know about that bigdog, I could see this maybe going well at a church festival or choir party or something. There actually are a great deal of widely known worship tunes. I just don't see people having a whole lot of interest in singing them at karaoke when you can sing them every Saturday/Sunday at church anyway. And those that really believe they can sing them well are probably already in the choir :wink:

11,000 songs isn't enough, 750 songs is worse than any karaoke could ever be. I still say that nobody knows or heard 600 of them...
