TV monitor only showing in Black and white? #2

I had this issue when I started a new bar. The TV was set on 3 and the picture was there, but it was black & white. I changed the channel up and down and it came in on the right channel (3) in color. I have to do this everytime I hook up to this TV.

Sounds like an older TV that's having some sync problems. Unless they repair the TV or replace it, chances are you'll have to do that or turn it off and back on each time.
