Problem with Karma

Has anyone ever experienced an issue where Karma loads the music but displays the wrong graphic when you load a song?

This just started about a month ago, and it is very aggravating!

Never had it happen but I refuse to use any of their products that I have to pay for or worry about having to ask for support. Not that the software's aren't good programs. It's the quality level of the support they provide. Habitual accusing the user being stupid for not knowing how to fix the problem themselves because in their mind, their products are perfect the way they are and it's all either user error or the fault of the operating system without anything that they can do when no other software has the issues.
