what kind of effect do they have, is the like a table out there which show 1-100...

i like reverb and delay (99% of recordings have that combination so it makes sense to me) so either 88 or 89

I confirm Paradigm settings. My own Behringer mixer is a completely different set up and allows me to set the delay and reverb separately so cant say exactly how yours would compare but 88-89 looks good.
I think you need to experiment and record yourself with different settings to see what you like the best.

Here is a link to a PDF file (right click link and save the file) that lists what all the presets are. You will want to use one of the reverb presets on your mics. You might start with Stage Reverb 1 or 2 (preset numbers (07 and 08) which will probably turn out to be what you will use most. There are other reverb presets that may work better in certain situations.
