Yes, it is too early to put a lot of stock in polls but they are showing that Clinton is regularly meeting or exceeding the lead Obama held at the same points in 2012. I'm still feel confident that women and minorities will snuff out con man Donald's chances. Even more so now that he has chosen a woman hater for his running mate. The Lone Ranger wrote:Latest polls show it's a pretty close race so far, I know that polls today are worthless by November, but with all the mistakes Trump has made you would think that Hillary would be way out in front. Both candidates seem to be in the 40% range, then there are the other smaller parties, Green and Libertarian, the left and right fringe groups. There is a 15% to 19% slice of the voters labeled independent that doesn't seem to like either candidate. They will be the deciding factor in the coming election it would appear.

Of course what happened in a prior election is not going to determine what happens in this one but it is an indicator that analysts include. We all know how con man Donald got this far but that group of voters is not going to get him elected. When you can make a convincing case on how he is going to bring around women and minorities to his way of thinking I will then start to be concerned. The Lone Ranger wrote:wiseguy wrote: Yes, it is too early to put a lot of stock in polls but they are showing that Clinton is regularly meeting or exceeding the lead Obama held at the same points in 2012. The only problem is using what happened in the election before to determine what will happen in this one. That is sort of like fighting the current war based on what happened in the last one. This has not been a typical election at least on the GOP side so far. No one thought Trump could get this far, it is a big mistake to underestimate your adversary especially one is so far out of the box. It will be a very interesting election and closer than many think it will be. Lots of dissatisfaction out here and the voters could like in England suffer some buyers remorse, if Trump wins.

Voter turnout will be another thing in our favor. People are going to turnout to vote, not necessarily FOR Clinton, but AGAINST con man Donald. He is not only unfavorable... his is downright hated by many women and minorities. And do think that women are not going to come out and droves to vote for the first woman president? Voter suppression did not work in the last two elections and it will not work in this one.The Lone Ranger wrote:wiseguy wrote: Of course what happened in a prior election is not going to determine what happens in this one but it is an indicator that analysts include. I don't think it is about bringing groups around wiseguy. It is all about generating voter turn out, it doesn't make any difference how many groups you have on your side, if they don't turn out to vote. The GOP has already tried to stack the deck in their favor by the voter suppression laws they have passed, to effect minority voter turn out. While Trump's positive rating is in the low 20's Hillary's is in the low 30's, these are two of the most disliked candidates ever to run in a Presidential election, causing many voters to maybe stay at home. The turn out will be the key, and we will see if there are enough working white voters, in the rust belt to swing things Donald's way, I hope not.

Hillary's ads are brilliant. 100% truthful and backed up with video evidence. Con man Donald's ads are a joke. All he can do is bring up Benghazi and the bullshit that has been thoroughly debunked. Have you watched any of the RNC? Morons standing up and telling one blatant lie after another. What the hell is wrong with these people? How could any American with two brain cells to rub together not be embarrassed by this display from a major political party?

Con man Donald doesn't have policies... he has opinions. He isn't smart enough to have policies. He can't speak intelligently on virtually anything. It's pretty damn sad when the GOP has to dumb down to accommodate their nominee.

It's like they say... you can't stop progress... and progress in this country is democratic socialism. The GOP has done a good job of impeding progress but that has cost them dearly. They have come to the point of actually going backwards. For the GOP to survive they will have to let go of many of their antiquated ideals. As it stands, the Republican party is an absolute and utter joke. The convention was a grand display of just how dysfunctional and delusional they have become.

Well, lyin Ted stayed true to his name by refusing to back Trump after they all made a big deal out of Trump taking a pledge to back everyone because they never expected him to win.. Lyin Ted.....no wonder he lost and President Trimp was 100% correct about him....
DEbbie wassoom is finished and taking Hilary with her..... Crooked Hilary and her goons got busted playing unfair against Bernie. And stupid Bernie still endorses her... What an idiot no wonder he lost.. President Trump was totally correct about crooked Hilary.... He must be psychic ...or a genius ...
Putin backs President Trump.... Benghazi was a total Hilary failure and dereliction of duty...she failed to answer the phone at 3AM....one of her campaigned promises... Another lie..
