Nothing will play into con man Donald's hands because he can't shut is big stupid mouth. He is a national embarrassment like no other in the history of this country. I think the time has finally arrived that the voters are going to hold elected officials' feet to the fire. Of course there will never be any big changes until there is real campaign finance reform. Until citizens united is overturned and lobbyists are no longer permitted to make campaign donations. The Lone Ranger wrote:One thing is for sure this recent shooting in Florida was thought to play into Trump's hands, and all it has done is renew the call for gun control. Even Mitch McConnell wants to do something to keep guns out of the hands of terrorists, with the Democrats acting up in the Senate a bill might pass. The trouble is it would never get out of committee in the House. If the Republicans want to save this election cycle they need to do something about gun control and immigration reform. If they don't, then they will be seen for the do nothing bigots, who are in the the pocket of gun lobby, they really are.

I think we should ask ourselves if we can afford another recession on top of the one we are still recovering from?

Now that we have both presumptive nominees the head to head polls begin to take on a little more meaning. Hillary quickly jumped to a 12 point lead over con man Donald, and of course like the whiny little bitch he is, he through a temper tantrum on twitter. This is even before Sanders has officially endorsed Hillary. In the following weeks we're going to see con man Donald's poll numbers dwindle more and more as we also watch one prominent Republican after another refuse to endorse him.

American voters still hold all the power but they have been duped into not exercising it. Like Bigdog, way too many have been fooled into blaming their troubles on scapegoats like immigrants and the poor while the rich elite pick their pockets and steal their future. Bernie Sanders has planted the seeds of a much needed revolution. Let's just hope it continues to grow.

Hilary is getting closer to being charged...the dirty AG Obama just put in there screwed up big time by meeting with Bill... Dirty Hilary is and should go down... Sanders is still sticking around because he knows something..... So president Trump still has a chance.... The Briexit is coming to America...true Americans want the old America back.. President Trump will do that...
Re: New KJ, I have some questions
I know you live in a bubble filled with conspiracy theories and misinformation but now you're becoming delusional. Hillary will never be indicted... ever. The FBI just recently stated "so far there are no indications that there are any improprieties or irregularities reaching the threshold level to form the basis of an indictment". It's just another witch hunt like Benghazi and will turn out the same way. Sanders has yet to concede because there is no 100% certainty (even though it's close to that) that Hillary will be the nominee. Sanders is also holding out on endorsing Hillary until she agrees to take on some of the issues he is most passionate about. And if you think con man Donald can beat Sanders are you truly delusional.Bigdog wrote:Hilary is getting closer to being charged...the dirty AG Obama just put in there screwed up big time by meeting with Bill... Con man Donald is going down in flames already. All his illegal, unethical, and immoral acts are being exposed. Hillary has opened a huge lead in head to head polls. The most conservative pundits give con man Donald just a 20% chance. That's far less than both McCain and Romney had at this point in their campaigns (and look how well they did). If he doesn't self implode and quit under the pressure he is going to lose horribly.

Now it's con man Donald's turn, except that the allegations against him are not baseless. He is a very crooked and dishonest person but up til now his criminal behavior has not been put on public display. He is already so disliked he can't get anyone of any notoriety to speak at his convention. We are going to see a totally dejected and humiliated con man Donald by the time November comes around. The Lone Ranger wrote:Hillary has been hit with the kitchen sink for decades now and no indictment, all of these attacks no matter how baseless have hurt her public image as far a honesty is concerned.

In that particular movie you couldn't root for either lead star, actually Edward G. Robinson was the morale compass of the picture. I still don't see where two flawed candidates make a winning decision. In this case we are going to have to decide which one is a little more rotten, and voter for the least rotten.
