Since Sound Choice and Chartbuster have gone out of business have the lawsuits ended?
These were clearly an act of desperation in an attempt to raise some capital in there death spiral survival attempt.

I don't think they are producing any new songs but they are still selling the GEM series. They still have their store online http://www.soundchoicestore.com
SC has another copyright suit filed against them. 160 songs without proper licensing. Think they can handle damages in the tens of millions?

Oh my...I hope I don't have any of those questionably illegal songs in my possession...
Did they actually name any of the illegal tracks?
See this is exactly what I just talked about in my other thread....about who owns what and what permissions are needed..
If this holds up in court we are all involved in illegal activity because we may have bought these songs...

In a surprise move today thousands of KJs and home users.. filed a class action suit against Sound Choice for illegally selling them copyrighted music for which they had no permission to sell. The KJs are seeking $150,000 per song... The settlement could be in the millions....
