After 1 month and a half i finally got my machine back from rsq. They fixed the problem free of cost. They truly have an outstanding customer support team. I rarely saw a manufacturer like this! Thank you everyone for the support!

Ok, so my player is connected to my tv by an hdmi cable. So i turn my machine off, disconnected the hdmi cable and un plugged the power cable 6 times. No luck. I tried the default restore as described in the owner's manual. No luck again

Thanks for the suggestion because sometimes the little things make a big difference, but unfortunately it didnt work. i unplug it 5 times then tried the player and another 5 more times when it didnt work. I was really looking forward of putting my karaoke on!
