i.e 1st hour = £60.00
2nd hour = £50.00

take it to a computer shop and they should be able to help you, there must be a system restore on the laptop... if the feds can get all your history if uve done something wrong then a computer wiss can restore the history, search the laptop name and contact the brand company and e-mail them if there...
